Warranty Information

1. Warranty Coverage
IMILAB provides a 24-month warranty from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) for products used under normal conditions.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased directly from IMILAB or from authorized IMILAB retailers or distributors.

2. Your Legal Rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory rights you are entitled to under the laws of your country or region. The scope and duration of these rights are determined by local legislation and may vary depending on the country of purchase.

3. What We Will Do
If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, IMILAB may, at its discretion, repair your product using new or refurbished parts, replace it with a new or refurbished product, or refund the original purchase price. All repaired or replacement products will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
4.1 Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
4.2 Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use described in the user manual.
4.3 Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized representative of IMILAB.
4.4 Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and consumable parts (e.g., batteries), unless otherwise required by law.
4.5 Products with altered or removed serial numbers.

5. How to Obtain Service
For products purchased directly from IMILAB, please contact IMILAB. For products purchased from authorized retailers or distributors, please contact the seller, an authorized distributor, or an authorized service partner.
You may be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt) and a description of the defect.

6. Service Region
Unless otherwise required by law, after-sales service is limited to the country or region where the product was originally purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMILAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
