Updating your camera's firmware ensures that you have the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes. Follow the steps below to update your firmware quickly and easily.

Prepare your computer, a memory card of 32GB or less, and a memory card reader.

1. Insert the memory card into the card reader and connect it to your computer. Then, format the card to FAT32.

2. Download the firmware corresponding to your product model on the computer. Extract the downloaded zip or rar archive. Open the extracted folder and copy the file tf_recovery.img or tf_update.img to the memory card. Place the copied file into a separate folder. Note: Do not unzip the files.

3. Power off the camera, insert the memory card, and turn the camera back on. At this point, the camera's yellow light will stay on for approximately 2-3 minutes.

4. The firmware upgrade is successful once the camera's yellow light starts blinking. The camera will automatically start and reconnect.

Notes:
1. Different cameras may have different firmware updates. Make sure you download the correct firmware update file for your camera.
2. Once upgraded, the name of the upgrade file on the memory card will change to tf_recovery.img.bak or tf_update.img.bak.
3. The blue light will stay on when the camera is successfully connected to the app.
